I had my first crash on Windows 10. It takes ten seconds for Microsoft to take the crash info but, 10 hours to update.

yep, I'm more ticked off that the computer isn't in a unrecoverable state on all the bsod I get on win 10. if it can send a crash report over wifi the damn thing isn't crashed, they just lazy

What crash info? You mean dumping ":(" into a file? That's like in a blink of an eye.

Nah, let's get more serious. What for is the log if you have to download additional unnecessary stuff just to open it? I feel like they'd prefer the encrypted logs before encrypted storage.

@KeyWeeUsr What I mean is, I got the BSOD and it show that Microsoft will collect information. It also had a qr code for some reason but, it restarted way to quickly to read what it said.

@KeyWeeUsr I had Wireshark up on another computer one of the times it crashed and it was sending to Microsoft while it bluescreened

@jckimble My point was that the log should be readable. Imagine if you're in a pit of hell with some Windows server or something. It crashed. You don't know why and although Microsoft might know, they won't help you directly. Now imagine no internet connection - even bigger hell for crashes. ^^
