No crazy prep, ever.

I always go in with a 'this is me, these are my skills, that's all you're going to get' mindset.

I of course do some research (about the company, their culture, technologies and stuff like that) but I find it kinda weird to spend a big amount of time on interview prep when there is a chance of rejection. (personal opinion)
