Rant to your manager, it's their job to make you happy in work. Even if it is a critical issue they might be able to pull in additional resources to help work on the issue. You can freely tell them, I'll be back in XX minutes since I have to prepare food to eat. Or at least jokingly tell whoever wants your critical attention to send you a free food delivery.
