How much coffee so you fellow devs consume every day? I'm at around 10-12 cups a day.

    One in the morning, one after lunch.

    Had to cut it down, got way too addicted to it and was getting headaches after not having one for a day or so.

    Only occasionally because coffee dries me out which results in headache 😀 but 10-12 is a lot man 😂

    Consider reducing, expecially if you're drinking that many expressos. A good way to reduce?

    Get your sleep together, and exercise. But it's very easy for me to say 😎

    @fredrf Yup that many. I sleep well mostly and no headaches or anything! Don't drink espresso's that much though, solely coffee (black).

    Used to drink around 6 or 7 a day, switched to tea now, it's nice but not the same

    That is way too much you should seriously consider changing that for some modafinil 1 pill a day 4 days a week does the trick and youre good for 10 straight

    10-12 cups ?! Don't u think it will harm u .....I would suggest to switch to tea

    Sounds about right, I always like to say that I get my daily 2litres of water due to coffee. 3coffees, 5sugar and milk. My kinda poison.
