Ever since I started studying Computer science, I'm suddenly something like an alpha technician to my family and friends. Fixing lamps and phonelines sure is my daily job *eyeroll*. Who can relate?

    Wow why are you people so upset that your family and relatives ask for your help? You are now old enough to help them with stuff they don't know about, and you are upset about it? They fed you when you were a baby, the wiped your ass and drove you to school. They might have even PAID for your college and you whine about having to fix their computer/phone/whatever once in a while. WTF?!?

    @simeg thats like having a nurse in the family and asking them for brain surgery

    @DarkMukke so you think the questions you get are too hard/demanding?
  • 0
    @simeg no they are impossible

    @DarkMukke most of the questions I get asked are very simple and usually doesn't require more than 10 minutes to figure out

    @simeg i live far far away from my family, they got friends and neighbours to help them

    i only get the extreme questions (most recent one from my 12 yr nephew: linux is cool, i want it, but it must look exactly like windows, and i want to use all my windows games on it)
