what it actually means:

“you have come up in my keyword search and I'm blindly calling you, I haven’t really read your profile”

There are some out there that do a decent job but they are few and far between.

I can tell within the first 30 seconds or so on a phone call if they're full of sh1t. #1 indicator is usually when they mention my "extensive experience in c#" on my profile, there is only one role [for 8 months] with c# experience.

I like those. Apparently I'm fully qualified to be a warehouse worker as a packaging expert after 6 years of school.
