Guys, can any of you give me objective insights whether switching from Ubuntu + Windows to MacBook will be worth it?

I'd really love to be able to use designing tools like Photoshop and Illustrator while doing web development works at the same time, but I'm not sure whether it's worth the price. What do you think?

What's wrong with PS and IL on Windows?

FWIW, I'd probably sell my car if I needed to, to get my hands on a Macbook and especially OSX if my laptop was stolen.

Life's too short to not use OSX 😉

That said, I've only ever bought second hand Macbooks. Best investment hands down though.

When my other developer friends can't get screenshots on 'Skype for Linux' and others lose days of development with forced upgrades of Windows, I contently smile at my odd circle of death, reboot and continue where I left off.

@WerewolfCustoms nothing, it's just I have to switch between OSes to access them because I develop on Ubuntu

My wife uses PS on Win10. Together with a Wacom tablet and it works like a charm.
