I think top is just the top ++ed of the last 24 hours (as in most received in 24 regardless of post time)

@tylerhartwig but they are basically the same as the all time posts... I would think that it should be the highest ++ed posts in the last x time ... then the posts that become instant hits don't get too much coverage
