Classic. I did something similar in the past. Created a fake resume generator that sampled from 5 hundred or so job postings from shitty recruiters.

I generated 10k or so fake resumes and just fed them into companies like Robert half, apex, et al. The fake emails all funneled to a single dummy hotmail account. In the space of a few months those companies must have wasted thousands of man hours on them.
