    Medicine and IT is... I'm out of words.

    Remote access to cardiac stimulators / pacemakers for firmware update with no authroization / validation / ...

    Insulin pumps or other automated injectors without failsafes - you could apply lethal doses easily, cause most devices are resettable by plugging out and in...

    And most history of medicin is gruesome...
