lotd76789yWork on something else to put my mind into another set of thoughts.
If that doesn't work, drink some air and inhale some cold water..
If mind still doesn't calm down, then assert whether the thoughts are worth observing and logging down.
If not useful thoughts, meditate.. Usually 10-15mins does the trick :) -
