First thing I changed in group policy.

I get that I can change the update settings. The fact that automatic reboots are the default is just beyond the pale. There must be other ways to effectively communicate to the user, even with a less major inconvenience, than to destroy their workflow and place holding on what they were doing. Every time this happens, I have to spend at least 1/2 hour trying to get all my windows and apps back to their pre-reboot state so I can pick up where I left off. Productivity fail.
