@SortOfTested as states, long press unselects floor, but your mileage can vary on elevator model. I don't think elevators from 20 years ago have that feature. I've tested the long press with newer ones

Deselection of floors is a premium feature.
You have to insert a key to enable it. But you could also crack it with a lockpick...
