Its almost 2017 and you realize all your college classmates prefer TurboC over any other IDE.

    Interesting. That surprises me. What do you attribute that to?

    @Jumpshot44
    Nothing much. Even if we are encouraged to use Linux for doing C, they still choose TurboC. And the way they write programs, clrscr and getch becomes like inbuilt functions :D.
    And some even call C as TurboC.
    Like "Hi! Do you know TurboC?"

    We use CodeBlocks on school computers. Many of them couldn't even install it properly (compiler is external). Count me in to your side.

    What's next? Their favorite lang is COBOL?

    @FR4NKESTI3N please please tell me that void main is only a joke

    Sadly no.. The most popular books here actually use void in most of the examples. To add to the pain, a whole lot of problems are based on undefined behaviour. I would never understand why they use these books in first place😢 @RazorSh4rk

    we all had visual studio and i bet half the students thought C++ and vs were the same thing. like u can't get C++ without vs...in hindsight, it seems pretty scary :|
