I've just finished my last day at work... I'm switching from being a 100% PM (almost 3 years) to being a 100% backend machine!

@setyadi company started pushing everything on PMs, unrealistic deadlines, not paid overtime...
I've been doing side projects for over a year now, so it's time to make money on coding :)
I'll help my now company with project management a little, but I want to take a break from that ;)

Oh good. I quit a managerial role too because it was just too stressful and political. Back to looking at code nowadays and I couldn't be happier

well, I was trying to be 'a good pm' and I wasn't a dick for programmers. The job itself can be a real pain. But, of course, I believe there are happy PMs out there!
