FFS GOOGLE, WHAT MAKES YOU THINK THAT A PERSON WHO WANTS TO LEARN MASCHINE LEARNING, DOESN'T KNOW HOW TO CALCULATE THE DISTANCE BETWEEN 2 POINTS???

    I actually think that it's great when this kind of courses explain the basics. You can always skip these parts if you know them already. Some courses use lots of specialized vocabulary or math principles without explaining them and I find it frustrating.

    I would support these basic tutorials. Many a times, even if you know something, the terminology used in professional practice may be different. Am from India, and in my school, it was always said distance formula and when you suddenly start learning to use ML model with cost function as arg min x of Euclidean distance. Things go crazy. Then you have Manhattan and minkowski distance techniques, which just needs a 5 min tutorial to clear up. Adding these into a course makes the course more clear. And anytime, we can skip them.
