    I only found his chanel a few days ago and he is definetly a weird one, a real messy guy, but the videos are cool nevertheless :D

    I'm already doing Processing since about three years ago, it's my starting language. And shiffman live streams are the best on YouTube! I watch him since he had 5000 subs, a long time ago

    I like to add processing to my java projects when I just want to mess around with making fractals or something, but I don't know that I'd use it for anything serious. Maybe like an art project or something

    I've used it 2y ago on a subject. As project for the end of the term we had to make a hangman game. How I hated that :)
    And last year I went to a convention with a friend and he stayed over at my house (because we live far away from each other but the con was near where I live and we wanted to watch the new ep of GoT so yeah), and he had a project in Processing to do so I tried to help him :'D couldn't do it. I don't think I even learned to do what he had to do when I had that subject 2y ago.
    I still have the Processing IDE somewhere in my PC or external drive though. Have to try and get back to it, the only thing I was doing was quares going around in a box and leaving a trail behind LoL

    A friend of mine is using it and was totally mad at it. He is a Java developer and was totally ashamed by the Bad quality and efficieny of that library because actually processing isn't really a language. After looking a bit into it's core it gets clear that it's Just java using some reflection. There is no actual language 😂
    But it's kind of funny how even school teachers are claiming that processing is a language 😂😂

    @DataSec yes, that's true, it isn't a language, but it's fun to pretend, especially for begginers

    It might only be a weird java extension, but it is pretty awesome for dynamically generating graphics. I built a visual simulation of evolving cellular organisms in it, with a rudimentary DNA system, an adaptable environment for them to live in, and I honestly don't think I could have done it as easily with any other graphics engine. http://jacob-unwin.com/a-single-cel...

    @ANyanCatFan
    That's totally true :D
    Though I can't stop laughing about the fact that even Wikipedia says processing is a language 😂
