If ever you felt imposter syndrome, it's after your senior experienced colleague rewrites an API you built... You've been chipping away at it for months, making it faster but reaching the limits of the functional but flawed original design.

In one week he starts it as a side project, and fixes the whole thing, soap to nuts... I need to sit down with that guy more.

    True story! I've been on project with a really senior (principal) developer for a while. I always thought I could code...untill now...now I feel like a dumbass :)
