So many programmers... So few people that know how to use vi

I feel like vi is one of those e-peen things. Like sure I could learn it but why? Kinda like a bunch of people who use Linux (not all but many).

Personally I don't care if you know it, but if you need me every time you have to rebase a git commit, that's when I care

Because we got cool editors and stuffs nowadays. Are you really doing serious work with it (like a full project) or just hacking a file on a server? For me its like another, unnatural, overcomplicated way of doing something what you can done easily and without extra weird key combos and commands.

@dcode when editing a lot of files on servers and stuff, it's a great getting work done fast.
Really it isn't better for writing, only editing (in my opinion).

Still waiting for that emacs comments. Lol
