I'm originally a PHP dev turned JS. I just watched mosh best programming language for 2020 and it is Java, Python and JavaScript.

Java for enterprise, Python for AI / ML (mobile legends) , JS for web and mobile development (react native but I like flutter).

I think I should eat java even if I don't like it the Python after then DevOps + mobile development. Lots of things to learn.

Pretty sure I could hire a python dev for a similar cost as a java dev. It's not like python devs are rare.

Java have lots of boilerplate code and so much noise. I prefer Python. Benefits of Python are AI and ML. Also less codes.
