About 11 years ago when I worked at Chick-fil-A, there was a frequent customer who sometimes thought our soda mixture was miscalibrated -- i.e. Wrong ratio of syrup to carbonated water. So one time when my assistant manager took her complaint, she handed him her drink, which he took back to the back, stood in front of the boxes of drink syrup just looking at them for a few minutes, and went back up front and handed her drink back to her saying, "ok try this now." She then said, "oh yeah this is much better" and went on her merry way. lol.
