@rayanon you sleep in more phases, so you dont need to sleep as much... I sleep 4,5h a day

@linuxer4fun but kinda feels weird to me. Usually when I sleep I sleep for 7 hours straight. I just cannot sleep less than that.

@rayanon well. Try it... But not less than 2 weeks, as your body needs roundabout 2 weeks to get used to it... But thet, you have a much better sleeping experiencj :-)
