i3 + vim
I have gotten addicted to splitting panes. I almost always have like 7 _ 10 splits in my 13in laptop.

It's one of the best combinations I can tell.

Yeah I went over board and got i3+tmux+vim I was told it's redundant but I still like it

I never used tmux till now. But screen is a great tool! I don't need it that much... For now I'm only running ubuntu in a vm and accessing it via ssh/putty. Not my best workflow, but it's ok. Maybe I set up some vnc like stuff to improve that. I would definitely feel better then...

Time is a rare thing...

@pacmancoder 13, but will have to most probably fullscreen each pane to actually work on. but splitting it actually gives a good prospective of the whole code
