I like going to work on casual wear, I don't like going to work on formal wear but my boss sayings that it's part of the corporate culture and we have to follow it.

Do you guys go to work on formal or casual wear?

Depending if we have external visit or Meeting with external firm. Normaly casual wear are ok.

Casual, always.

Casual smart-/casual/formal/whatever just as long as you're not naked everyone's alright , I often go wearing full army clothing . Have a guy who's always wearing shorts and t-shirt , I always feel like I shouldn't complain when going to smoke @-5*C and this guy pops out as well .

Casual. Even flip flops in the summer.

Casual is fine as long as there aren't any clients coming in. Devs are seen as an eccentric bunch anyway (note I didn't use the word 'weird' here ;)), so it doesn't bother most colleagues if we show up in jeans and hoodies..

If youre not meeting clients or a C level exec anything should be fine that youre comfy in. Imo. But corporate cumture is weird and make you do dumb stuff.

If theyre not making you wear a suit and tie i see no issues.
