    Gets worse, there will come a time when windows will not work without a Pluton soc to operate as the hardware root of trust. Never been a better time to start abandoning windows.

    @SortOfTested Another huge advantage is that I can politely decline any private Win 10 support requests because in the company, it's IT's (hehe) job to fix that shit, and I don't know that stuff myself because my machine at home runs under Linux.

    @netikras the us had laws that forbid good encryption.
    poodle is the name of an hole that was caused by this.
    The export of PGP was forbidden due this laws, but after someone printed the sourcecode in a book, they found a hole in the laws.
