Seriously OnePlus, stop trying to optimise my battery.

My alarm was ringing for over a minute without me realising it because it apparently decided it was unimportant enough to just silently fade into the background.
Ugh

Turned the switch by the side by accident ? 🤔 never had it myself you can control of it ignores battery stuff or not

@FitzSuperUser my switch is set to priority notifications, which an alarm is.
It started beeping when I unlocked the phone, and by then the alarm showed -1:24, as in one minute and 24 seconds of overtime

@ElectricCoffee sounds like a weird bug🤔

@FitzSuperUser I've had push notifications not arriving until I turn the screen on. Through some digging it's because of how the built in battery manager handles things

@ElectricCoffee I'm sure it's a setting you can change though .. when I was originally setting up my phone I would of changed it , I personally never had it but what version are you on

I got plus 3 android 6 latest (haven't bothered with 7)

If you updated to 7 you might get this

@FitzSuperUser oh I know it's a setting. But it's on a per app basis, and there's no way of applying it to the whole system all at once
