anybody know any 3rd party YouTube apps that allow for music and no ads? I swear I've seen one but I can't seem to find it

No but anything is better than YouTube music imo.. I personally just use Spotify and it's fine for me

There was a change recently on YouTube. Before only partnership videos had ads, but last week or so YouTube changed their policies and now they will include ads on all vidieos, even the ones where the content creator gets nothing in return.

Or so I heard, Linus Tech Tips covered this somewhere recently, that's all I Remember

So maybe that's why you can't find it?

@NEMESISprj I listen to uncommon songs and some are not on Spotify, I'd probably buy YouTube premium to get rid of ads and whatnot but the price is NOT worth it

@luaq I think it's almost cheaper to just buy a digital copy of those songs tbh

after a year that's $144, not worth it

the problem is that if I could buy the songs then I could just play them on Spotify

@NEMESISprj sometimes SoundCloud but SoundCloud isn't as comfy as Spotify imo
