Yes, a bit. This site is called Dev**Rant** after all. War stories are more interesting to read, and all decent devs have a need to blow off steam and have a rant about the crap they have to deal with. Programming memes and jokes can be found everywhere else on the internet.

but to awnser the question not really as long as it's something relatable. rants show that someone is either in the same boat or further down shit creek than I am so it makes me feel better. relatable memes gives me something to laugh at. other than that you got trolling potential which can help get minor frustrations off your mind
