My favourite is gardening tho. In a homestead, away from people. Just me, dirt, water, plants, wind in the trees and some time to put all my sorts in order -
Gotta find a go to thing(s) and just do them, even if you're not having fun, anything to occupy that brain and give it something more calm / productive / fun to do.

Thogek124yWhatever you're doing that you're anguishing over, stop. Slap a big old snooze button on it and pummel the button. Do something very else for a bit. Walk, hobby, movies, TV. Anything. Reset.
This won't necessarily solve anything, but you're gonna have a much harder time solving anything if you don't step outside the stressor long enough to breathe and reset a bit first. -

Go to a new coffee shop that you have never gone before.

I haven’t done it in over a year, but I remember laughing hysterically at a satellite dish, or talking to it. I don’t recall but it’s fun to do when your brain is wacky
How do u get out of this constant loop of mental anguish u get stuck in? What do u do when it's just too much for u and ure just too much for everyone else?
