Well depending on how you feel right now and handle this situation, this is how you deal with deadlines and stress. Maybe that's been tested, too.

sariel85314yi used to give these types of tests out.
usually they were accompanied by a user story and a couple bugs.
the goal for me was never to see how clean your code was, but to see how you would solve for the problem.
i gave that test to around 30 devs, only one ever did the whole test (this included the undocumented bugs).
she was simply the best dev and i miss her very much. -
I've sent out 30 job applications this month. I've got at least 15 requests for assignments, quizzes, live coding sessions, psychological test, full-stack app dockerized deployed on kubernetes, mathematical algorithms, design patterns.
FUCK YOU ALL with your insane artificial useless assignments. I doubt that half of the people already in your company are able to execute them in few hours.
I don't have the actual time to fuck with your shit.
Come on. Print my solution on thick paper, stick it in your corporate ass, and give it fire. -
The companies giving these tests should pay candidates also imo. I am not wasting my time to be one of the 50 candidates for a single position.
