the last mac owned had a problem in the screen. I sent it in to get it fixed. Cost to replace out of waranty - and just the screen for a 3y old laptop, was the same as a new mid range Dell laptop, with 3y waranty.

@BlackOrange the luxury tax it is. Or a brand tax. It is not justifiable by anything else. The strap cannot cost more than a pair of decent in-ear headphones which have microelectronics inside. For the price of this strap you can buy not one, but two pairs of KZ ZSN Pro headphones.
