Honestly if another person complains about how Java and JavaScript are not the same at all I'm gunna be mad

But really. It's a stupid reason that Java and JavaScript sound the same. (Because nobody likes applets, and we replaced them with JavaScript and syntactically they are slightly similar) but really it's just a buzzword-like comment that just makes people look smart and stand out.
I can understand the frustration. But every time I go on devrant I expect fresh cool interesting rants and discussions and a lot of the times I get the same old Java JavaScript crap.
