Just got my first job as a software Developer (java). Soo freaking scared that I can't live up to the challenge. Has anyone ever felt this way on their first coding job?

I guess that's pretty normal. You will learn and adapt and get less scared, don't get intimidated, and don't doubt yourself.

Also, search for Impostor Syndrome, that will be an interesting read for you I believe. :)

You'll get over that when one day someone asks you something ridiculously technical and you realise you know the answer

I felt exactly the same, the best advice I can give is don't be afraid to ask questions regardless of stupid you think it is. It's better to ask a stupid question and get the answer than pretend you know something.

I've been a lead (java) developer, and in my current company I feel I know little. All I can say is relax, you got hired for a reason, and you should learn from everyone around you. That's what I tell myself.

Less feeling, more doing and you will be just fine!

I went straight from pretty much nothing (just an assistant professor for assembly programming) to a full reverse engineering position with 0 direct experience. I still feel impostor syndrome almost a year into it, even though I've done really well. The feeling is normal. You know more than you give yourself credit for. ;) And even if you don't, it's an opportunity to learn and improve. No one's going to knock you for that.
