I'm coining a new scale on how to rate a manager:
The BTCD rating.
My currently one was at 4, now I'm still counting...

It stands for: Beers To Cool Down (after a meeting).

I was waiting for a carefully carried out formula but Beers To Cool Down is cool too.

    Ha, I love it.
    (Though I would prefer shots.)

My current manager (second best I’ve worked for) is probably a 0-1 most days, though recently I’d increase that to a 3.

Best manager ever? 0. I would buy him shots instead (if he drank) because he was so cool and awesome.

My manager when I worked in Hell, though? I could drink an entire bottle of rum and still be furious at him. That’s what, a score of at least 20? In fact, I would still pay some seriously good money to watch him get tortured while I continued trying to score him.

What if beers don't do the trick and once requires blunts or bowls?

Is that a separate rating or just an order of magnitude?

@ilPinguino Why not use a complex rating like 3s+2b?

I tend to use “number of additional blows of the baseball bat after confirmed dead”. Same idea. Just notched up a tad.

Up to approx 27 now (over several days), got really drunk yesterday so this morning I did not think about my manager, I had other problems... But I feel calmer about the situation so total count of that incident is estimated to 27, I lost count during the evening.

Writing about it brought my blood to boil again, being hungover and angry was no fun so it's 28 now.

    29.
Probably need to get myself into a place with another manager or a new liver
