@rutee07 if it's recent enough, they can stop the money flow.
It's odd how specific the scam call was. -
rox798354y@AtuM You know the worst the tracking number they gave me, on their official website, It shows your card is approved. Hows that even possible. Later on it started shows this tracking number is wrong. I wish I took the screenshot at that time :(

Root797784yI once bought a laptop online, and later had the merchant call me — from some personal number in Florida. (I looked it up while on the call.) She told me the laptop was out of stock, but I could change my order to a similar one that was a different color and had slightly different specs. I was annoyed because I wanted the purple one, but said sure, fine. Then she asked me to “verify” my credit card number. As in give it to her over the phone. When I refused, she said she would have to cancel my order — which I happily did.
There were a few other slightly off things about the call, but it was also legitimate sounding enough that I’m still pretty certain she worked for the company, but canceled some orders so she could place legit-sounding scam calls from her personal number. I reported both the company and that number for fraud. Bought a laptop somewhere else the same week with no issues at all. 🤷🏻♀️
I’ve also had several scammers hang up on me because I was asking too many questions, like when “the IRS” called me. -
Hi, I am a Nigerian prince and I need you to send me your bank details so that I can send you $50,000. I promise you this is not a scam.

Recently I made a dumb mistake :(
I have applied for credit card online and they have call me and asked me for info and send some messages which I need to forward someone that contain codes.
After that they ask for some docs, salary slips and bank statement etc. I got stuck for some tax forms.
So one day they just called that its ok if you can't submit your tax docs , we can make verification through debit card, I thought the call was genuine and I am in cc process, I shared my pin. and wohaaaa. my balance was deducted :( Thats was indeed a scam call.
