Who agrees and which editor do you use ?

    This doesn't make sense. Have you tried opening a 100 MB file in Sublime and then in some of the others? I know it's not a very practical example, but it just goes to show how mightily efficient Sublime is. I'm rarely using it (VSCode is doing fine for my use, also have used WebStorm before, detailed here: https://devrant.com/rants/2476539), but I have to admit it's some kind of a wonder of software engineering.

    Okay, to be fair Sublime Text is pretty nice in terms of performance.

    @deadlyRants yeah Sublime's performance is great and makes for a great notepad replacement but I won't use it for building a project due to it's lack luster capabilities as an editor like not out of the box emmet support, no debugger, next to no auto completion etc.

    @shess You can easily gain back the productivity of any missing feature by not using Atom or VSC, the oiltankers of text editors.
