tamar1808yWhy won't you work for the police? The police doesn't act because they can't? Or because the don't want to?
-
What you are doing is acting as a true protector, but you may consider supplying the police with all the information first. That way there will be no consequences for you, and they will have the evidence to act legally on those sick fucks. A true knight with a shining keyboard
-
Nicovv608y@nikola1402 I always have anonymously reported the host and creator after n' before shutting them down.
-
Nicovv608yI am operating on a project called Korshell which will hide users basically but with some restrictions. It's all about concealment. I would display the email I sent out, but I doubt there is anyone who has been in the same position as I have been with law enforcement offices and wants to start helping people like me and others feel safe and secure online again. But who knows if someone here has extensive experience in C# and ASP.net, maybe they could help.
-
If you disclosed that to me in your interview, I'd hire you on the spot. You Fucking legend! 🤘🏼
-
@Nicovv but doesn't shutting them down remove most of the evidence? I'm not sure, just asking
-
Nicovv608y@badcopnodonuts I run my own company, if you have a project you need help on just ask. I for some reason usually help for free. I guess I just want the feeling of learning and helping.
-
Nicovv608y@nikola1402. When I infiltrate a website, I download all of its raw to my 20tb external drive that I merely purchased for such. After such I do dead drop zones in the PDs.
-
Nicovv608y@wolt And that's why I don't suffice it for fame or such.
I just grow tired of sitting on my ass waiting for the host's ISP to fucking do something besides "we will look into that sir" and the famed 3 months goes by without shit done. (Some of my family's friends are law enforcement officers) -
@Nicovv well then, the best option is to create some form of multinational movement. I'm not sure about the law aspect of it, but would taking down websites in other countries force the police to take action against you in your own country?
-
Nicovv608y@nikola1402. I have a movement under my real alias. It's not the final time I will ever be arrested. The genuine reason behind the rant was to state how I've been convicted twice and each time the jury saw my side and was for what I do but couldn't make an exception due to it is against the law.
-
@Nicovv yeah, someone somewhere said that the laws aren't here to protect the people...anyway, enough from me. Good luck and never stop!
-
Nicovv608y@filthyranter I never posted here for support nor acceptance, but thank you all I pretend.
I posted here to do a calm rant;
More or less how most good things come from those whom are considered as criminals and such.
To be labeled as a criminal and disowned by your residential community is one thing, but not doing what needs to be executed is another.
Also to answer the questions relative to letting the officials do it...
I absolutely concur.
That is why I applied for an internship at the NSA subdivision of Florida in Jacksonville.
I did get accepted, but I am going to be held back from doing what I consider as my duty as a citizen.
If I get arrested while under their jurisdiction, I am done for without a doubt. -
Nicovv608y@filthyranter
I'm intrigued by your primary skill sets C++14, C, C# 7.0? Do you have any catered experience in .NET oriented?
But besides that...
What a number: Sun, 11 Sep 2016.
Both start with an S. -
sudoguy5938y@Nicovv Wait...how exactly they tracked you that they were able to arrest you? I think that when you comply with basics of how to stay anonymous on the internet the police won't bother you. Unless the taken sites were owned by FBI :D as it had some (and maybe still have).
-
Nicovv608y@filthyranter catered is more or less about the ability give what is desired or needed, especially support, or livelihood
-
You deserved it. You were taking the laws in your own hands. Its wrong to take the laws in your own hands. Your actions is like throwing the burgular's crowbar inthe sea, even if you save the society from lots of burgularly, the crowbar is still property of the burgular, and the police has to do the seizing and forfeit. Not you.
What you should do, is ONLY report them to their host and to police. No more. You aren't a cop, you have no right to "seize" or "forfeit" child pornography. The police, can sometimes do as you did, but they have a authorization, and a badge, to rightfully do that.
I hope the court puts a gag order and forbids you to tell the employers that it was CP sites you hacked, and that the court also forbids you to say why you hacked the sites. So every employer thinks you are a black hat hacker. -
Nicovv608y@sebastian The fact of the matter is I took their data to hand to the police with the MySQL content from their ISP. So truly, I don't take the "crowbar", I only examine it and relay. I don't save the content. I produce a copy of it to a thumb drive that I hand over to the authorities with every inch of details I could gather. Striking down a website is temporary. All you have to do is proceed to the control panel or actual server and restart it. Hence your statement has a few fallacies. But hey, I get what you have in mind, but I'm not taking the law into my own hands, I'm only boosting their priorities. I hope you can see past your ignorance and understand ALL of the comments.
-
Nicovv608y@sebastian P.S. I merely have to inform my employers that I have arrests related to malicious intent against personal technology.
-
@Nicovv It does not matter. Even if you relayed data to the cop, its wrong, because you still took the law in your hands.
It would be similiar to picking the lock to a murderers house just to give the police the body of the murderers victim.
A better idea next time, is to tell the police how the police can access the database itself.
And temporary taking down a site is still wrong, regardless of what they host. Take that with the abuse dept of the webhost instead, so they can legally shut down the site. -
Nicovv608y@sebastian Just talked to the most recently retired superintendent in Florida whom lives 1.7 miles from me and he was at one of my biggest suits, he himself said that they suffer from a lot of wait time before they can do anything, it's around a 6 months bare minimum he says before they get permission and even then they have to now use that permission to work with the ISP. Which again, takes time with representatives!
-
Nicovv608y@sebastian You need to realize, I've been requested to do it for them multiple times, which without their intention got my biggest lawsuit thrown at me alone! The one they requested my expertise at was one molehill that was hosted on a military base. By the time I found out they already got a call.

I got arrested multiple times under acts of cyber crimes...
Yeah, so what if I did? Why is it a problem that I take down CP sites? "Because it's partaking in cyber warfare." Well then the police and the Federal government should execute their job keeping such out of the web space. Now, whenever I find a job, I have to inform due to the judge's final document. And not just that now when I am required to talk to a police officer who has seen my record all they can reckon is to escalate it.
What fantastic horse crap! You get arrested for tracking down child molesters and taking them off the web exclusively...
Some say I'm a social justice warrior, only I don't think that I am. I reckon I am merely an over eccentric programmer who desires to see the real criminals get sent to jail.
