Is freelance a good experience? I'm having a dilemma.

I might not be able to experience working in a team. But you know, you don't have to kiss your bosses' asses and you no longer have to do small talk and pretend to smile to everyone you meet in the corporate office.

In my experience it is simpler, better, and ultimately more enjoyable to treat everyone the same, whether it's your coworkers or customers.

Also, as in any self-employed business; every customer is "your boss" and you may find yourself engaged in all sorts of smiling conversations, including "small talk". It is best to think of this as "Event Handling" :)

Smile and wave, and collect the paycheck whether from a corporation or a customer.

I personally love freelance work because it is fresh.
