Root825573y@bad-frog Nope. If you pay attention, you’ll realize that you don’t plan out what you’re going to say before saying it, you just sort of dive in and hope it all works out. So, it’s a race between your ability to complete the sentence, your response timer, the other person’s patience, and if it’s possible to form a coherent sentence out of whichever topic/grammar path you decided upon along the way. So: race conditions abound.
However! Some people (generally those with crippling social anxiety) will plan the entire thing out and try to remember it while saying it. This doesn’t work out very well. Though it’s still a race against that response timer and the other person’s patience. -
mundo0349793y@Root while thag is my case, I know people that can just talk properly under whatever circumstances.
I have no idea how that works.
In they words of Michael Scott:
“Sometimes I’ll start a sentence and I don’t even know where it’s going. I just hope I find it along the way.” -
Ohh, I bet Dick from internet can provide some nasty comments on this now when you brought up race in your post 😁
