Vodafone broadband is the biggest joke I ever had to encounter...

Vodafone is still good enough for people who can't use category tags - I don't think devRant runs on Vodafone.

@Ruoks I'm actually about to get Vodafone broadband over FTTH but now you scared me. Could you please elaborate on what's wrong with them?

@Alt-Tab of course it's only my experience, im sure there's plenty of people who are more than happy with them but:
-more than one week delay start date (I let them know month before moving, so they had plenty of time)
-connection keeps dropping out, sometimes for a minute, sometimes I need to call them so they could restart something on their end.
-customer service is crap. They don't keep track of what problems you had before so need to explain everything again. False promises that everything fixed only to find out next day that it isn't
-they sent faulty router

Worth mentioning that I only been with them one month, so I could only imagine how many problems there would be in the future, but I'm terminating contract with them early...

@Ruoks shoot, that's rough. I know their customer service is shit from a different product, but didn't expect installation can take longer than a few days. I guess I should expect no internet for a while after moving. Shit.
