My Project Lead got me to work overtime, I was doing 150% of what I was supposed to do.
After 4 months of tremendous working and smart planning, I planted a small bug in the software we build, and used that to exploit the Software yesterday morning, and today by 3 PM (Our Usual. Lunch Time), He was fired.
Finally, that donkey is fired and now he must rotten in hell, yeah, he got that stamp on his resume for being fired.

Now I am feeling guilty that I have almost ruined his career (30%), but I am happy, that rascal got what he deserved (70%). Yay!

That's a dirty action, in my opinion. I get it that we sometimes struggle with our managers, but scheming to get them fired is not something I'd be proud of. Your guilt vs happiness ratio is screwed up.

@CrankyOldDev, oh, and I forgot to mention, despite of me doing this much work, he did also cut my salary by around 35%, saying he needed to cut the project Cost, and bastard gifted a solitaire to his secretary.

Suddenly things take on a different perspective!! But taking the approach you did is something that would make it difficult for me to trust you if we worked together.

If you're being treated so badly and you've no way of dealing with it through the management chain, you leave. You don't ruin someone else's career.
