@DivByZero question, how do you control it? Windows 3.11 did not know touch screen gestures back then.

@NeatNerdPrime DosboxTurbo emulates a mouse and uses the touchscreen for that. The mouse mouse cursor can be moved, long mousepress and doubleclick are also supported. That can be configured.
You can also connect a real mouse (usb or bluetooth) and set it as primariy input, but then you will see 2 mouse cursors.
When I tried out doom i connected a keyboard to the usb port. That worked fine.
