Its juat a play on semantics, but when you are trying to steelman the questions they are easy:
"Does GitHub (the company) uses GitHub (the platform) to build GitHub (the software)"
and the answer is no.
"Does GitHub (the company) rollback GitHub (software) to fix GitHub (software) when GitHub (services) is down?"
Answer is not always, depends on the fix.
