C0D4695333yMore productive in office.
Never in my fucking life have I stayed at MS teams more hours in my week then writing code. -
I am far more productive in the office. If I had my own home office room that might be different, but I sit at the same desk for working at home that I sit at when gaming. For someone with ADHD like me, it's almost impossible to focus if I don't have a clearly-defined "work location" that is entirely separate from any leisure activities.

Hazarth89753yDepends I guess?
Im more productive in the office on any day when there's a lot of work to do fast (deadlines and such)
But WFH makes me happier so Im more productive overall. Burnout Symptoms don't come as often, I feel like I have more time to deal with stuff in general, so I enjoy working even on more boring tasks more and jump to it sooner, and while at it, no one disturbs me, so It's done better and faster.
But we also don't have a stupid amount of meetings... Im mostly left to work on my shit -
I'll buck the trend,I'm more productive at home. I can wake up later so I'm more refreshed, do stuff around the house at lunch to take my mind off work for a bit, and I have a much better mechanical keyboard / monitor setup too. All helps.

Are you guys more productive in the office or remote? If going a hybrid setup, what would be a good office/remote ratio for you?
