For the US: Daylight savings "Spring Forward" at 2a. Really that means we go from 01:59:59 to 03:00:00.

@allanx2000 during "spring forward" 2a jobs don't run. In "fall back" 2a jobs run twice. That is why we have a blackout job period between 01:59:59 and 03:00:00 for "daily" jobs because of twice a year events. "Hourly" and "Minute" jobs are still cool.

@bkwilliams oh I forgot about that problem but I don't really run the jobs anyway and we have blackout as well
