200 ml full fat milk
200 g cream
250 g dark chocolate
Rum as much as you like
2 tea spoons of sugar (or more if you like it sweet)

If you liked spice rum, add vanilla.

I found out that if you add more rum, it gets interestingly spicy.

(Hit for student parties. No one survived a cup without getting completely wasted. XD)

If you're having diabetes, hard alcohol is taboo.

Nope, it's a merry go round. Increase then decrease if I remember correctly.

Which is the reason diabetics shouldn't drink hard alcohol... It can be, especially if you need to inject insulin, live threatening as you might under or overdose
