If you're a recruiter approaching people on linkedin then don't be a fucking idiot and waste their time, get to the fucking point damn it!

No one's interested in going back and forth with you over email especially when you have their number and could be done with it over a phonecall.

    The one thing I've always hated is how recruiters are seemingly desperate upfront, but later on they want you to do all the work and treat you like /you're/ desperate for the job.

    My time is valuable - I'm not interested in doing 3 separate interviews and a large scale test project just to be considered. Why the fuck would I submit myself to all this time wasting shit when I'm obviously content with where I am now?

    They really need to switch up their approach.

    Are you insane? People still use phone calls? Are you in 2004? The thought on having to actually talk with the recruiter is causing me physical pain.
