Love the aesthetic

It's simple, fast, no bloat - I like that! Some improvements though:

- Capitalisation: should be "My personal blog (hosted..."
- General spell check required.
- Use descriptive link text, never something like "here". Messes up accessibility.
- If you must link to PDFs, indicate that the link goes to a PDF. Or better, make an HTML version.
- English resume also links to the French version.
- Avoid target _blank. Messes up screenreaders.
- I'd use lang as "en" instead of "en-US" unless you're targeting the US specifically.
- Static resource caching should be longer than 10 minutes.
- Avoid inline styles. That will mess up CSP later.
- There's an empty h2 tag. Better move that into the download section and call it e.g. "Downloads".

@azizfcb I am a fan of portfolio pages.

Yours is simple and loads fast. Only feedback I have is, space out the sections to make it more readable.

Other than that, it's good.
