I hate it when I want to implement a 3rd party API and their docs have no hint at how to create a test account.. Why do they make me call their sales team / bother their support for that?

@IntrusionCM Maybe you're right, they must be thinking about a B2C company implementing it themselves. As my company only implements a specific API for our client, there isn't even any point for me to give any thought to their other products.

They will investigate and come up with a workaround if someone asks

Obviously sales are experts at using the API.
