When I see everyone is busy in MS Teams(in meeting) and I am not invited to irrelevant meetings anymore.

The trick is to create a meeting with nobody invited except yourself in Outlook so people will stop spamming you with random shit because they think you are busy with meetings, as Teams syncs with Outlook. And people will usually not schedule a meeting for you while you are busy.

Seriously, fuck most meetings, they suck. 75% of them could be replaced by a chat channel.

@IntrusionCM if certain group of people is busy on teams ms, U can conclude they are on a meeting together.
